3. Close your eyes & go back to the earliest time you felt this:
What is happening?
Who’s there?
How old are you?
REPEAT “And then what happens?” until the trauma is complete.
4. [Speaking to regressed self] What message/belief are you taking on about
yourself?
5. Now come back to your adult self and back into this room.
With this awareness, can you see how this belief is showing up in
your adult life?
6. Close your eyes & go back to this event with your empowered adult
self. Tell your younger self (little boy) the truth about him.
What was his deep want he didn’t get/Who will he get it from now?
7. Return to this room. How do you feel? What will you do different now?
Is there anything else you need?
8. With this clarity, state an affirmation for yourself. (Stretch?)
